1. Complete the application and schedule a fundraising event at your neighborhood Jeff’s Donuts location.
2. Promote your fundraiser with custom flyers and graphics.
3. Earn up to 25% of net sales on purchases made when your flyer is presented or your promo code is used for online orders.*
RAISE CASH WITH ONLINE ORDERING DONATIONS
In addition to receiving a percentage of of net sales, you'll keep 100% of cash donations which can be added as an additional option at checkout for online orders.

Complete the form below and tell us about your organization. Fundraising events are available from Monday–Thursday depending on scheduling and must be scheduled at least 3–4 weeks in advance.
FUNDRAISING FAQ
Earn up to 25% of net sales at your participating Jeff's Donuts location. Supporters must present your fundraising flyer in store or enter your promo code when ordering online for pickup to count towards your percentage. Fundraisers must sell at least 24 items to qualify for payment. Orders placed through third-party delivery apps are not included.
Our fundraising program is open to most schools, faith-based groups, nonprofits, community organizations, sports teams and other qualifying groups. Funds must benefit the organization or group as a whole, rather than an individual.
Gift card purchases, catering orders, and orders placed through third-party delivery services are not eligible and will not be included in the net sales total for your fundraising event. This offer is not valid if event flyers are distributed in or around the participating location on the day of the event. Fundraising events may be cancelled or discontinued without notice in cases of misuse, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. Additional restrictions may apply.
