• Donation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date in order to be considered.

• Approved donations must be picked up at the assigned location no sooner than the exact day of the scheduled event.

• Due to the high number of donation requests that we recieve on a daily basis, we are unable to fulfill all of them. Only applications that get the green light will be notified. Thanks for understanding!
